TRAVEL ITINERARY - MARANO LAGUNARE

Duration all day 9 to 17 hr
 

1. Depart from Portobaseleghe leaving the lagoon behind you.

2. Navigate towards north-east by taking the Litoranea Veneta. (Lugugnana Channel).

3. Go along the Litoranea and, once arrived at the fork, go on to your right entering the Canale Nuovo.

4. Follow the canal until the bridge of Bevazzana.

5. At the bridge, on the left, you will find the restaurant "Al ponte" (Possibility of stop and refreshment with free docking).

6. Leaving the restaurant behind you, continue southward sailing inside the river Tagliamento.

7. On the left bank of the river you can find a refueling place at "Marina uno".

8. At the mouth of the river, enter the sea and continue sailing along the Riviera of Lignano on your left.

9. Enter the port of Lignano Sabbiadoro on your left.

10. Continue the route towards east to reach Marano lagunare.

11. Drive along via San Vito and on the left bank you can find an IP petrol station.

12. Go straight on until you reach the Nicolò Tommaseo shore. Here you will find the restaurant "Al molo". (Possibility of stop and refreshment with free docking).

13. Leave the restaurant and continue your route south, taking the Marano canal.

14. Drive along the canal to get to the crossroads "Bocca dei 3 canali" and continue south to land at the port of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

15. Exit from the port to enter the sea.

16. Go along the coast leaving behind you the Riviera of Lignano and the lighthouse of Bibione.

17. Passed the lighthouse continue the route along the beach of Bibione.

18. Go back to the port on the left.

19. Respect the buoys of delimitation of the bathing area not allowed to the navigation.
